Community Family Medicine, PC was founded in 2009 by Jack Epstein M.D. with the vision of creating a medical practice that treats every patient with dignity and first-rate care. The staff at Community Family Medicine are highly-trained and exceptionally friendly. We understand that for many, visiting a doctor can be a stressful experience. Jack Epstein MD, FAAFP Jack Epstein M.D. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Michigan State University in 1972, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree from the University of Michigan in 1976. Dr. Epstein completed his residency training at the E.W. Sparrow Hospital Family Practice Residency Program in 1979. Dr. Epstein is a member of the Maryland Academy of Family Physicians and MedChi - the Maryland State Medical Society, is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. In his spare time, Dr. Epstein enjoys bicycling, skiing, cooking, reading, and spending time with his children Emma and Sam. |
